As a beauty blogger & makeup lover, I'd always avoid eyelash extensions due to the fact that I need to review different types of eye makeup, and we all know lash extensions will last longer without makeup usage. As a result, my insistence of not going for lash extensions for the last few years led to my sleepy-looking, dull eye look without eye makeup (as shown above!).
Therefore, I was kind of looking forward to the end result of how lash extensions can help me look better even during my bare face moments.
DURING LASH EXTENSIONS SERVICE AT LA BELLE
The
procedure of eyelash extension
1. Consultation
Manager of La Belle, Ms. Wind, patiently explained to me how the procedure will be like : single strands of
synthetic lashes are applied one by one to your own natural lashes. Taking my preferences, eye shape, condition of natural lashes, facial features and skin
tone into consideration, she guided me in the selection of the appropriate length, curvature, thicknesses and color to customize my own unique & individual look.
(My selected lashes: 6D (upper & lower) Length: 10mm, 11mm, 12mm. Curvature: 50%)
Differences
Between 3D Fiber Lash and 6D Silk Lash

3D
Fiber Lashes are usually softer than other fiber lash types; normally measured at 0.15mm-0.2mm in thickness,
but there are thicker versions as well. The length varied from 8mm/10mm/12mm.
3D
Fiber Lash is usually recommended for clients who already possess a good amount of natural eyelashes.
This
type Eyelash Extension can last for about 3-4 weeks.
6D
Silk Lashes are the new craze. If you’re going for that 100% natural look, this is
the best option! Most ladies love Silk Lash because they look so natural and this gives them
full, fluffy eyelashes.
Silk
Lash is highly recommended for those who have very thin natural eyelashes
that
have trouble supporting the weight of Fiber Lash. 6C Silk Lash extensions can last for about 4-6
weeks.
Length options range from 7mm to 14mm; and curvature of 30% / 50% / 70% / 90% may be selected.

1 hour - 2 hours,
depending on the expertise of the lash stylist and the number of
lashes being applied
per eye. Mine took less than an hour.

MY THOUGHTS
I REALLY LOVE how I look without makeup nowadays!!! I have long forgotten how beautiful my makeup-less face was when I was younger (albeit with more youthful, brighter eyes). BUT after visiting La Belle, I could start going out of my house without makeup and still feeling confident & pretty, just like how I did in my younger days!
WAKE UP WITH NATURAL, BRIGHT-LOOKING EYES + LUSCIOUS LASHES !
I think the best part was that my super-sensitive eyes has no adverse reaction to the adhesive glue or anything. Previously one of the fear factors that deterred me from doing lash extensions was how red my friends' eyes became right after they stepped out of an eyelash extension salon.
The 6D lashes are super comfortable and lightweight as well, such that they feel like my own real lashes. I have no trouble taking care of them, despite the feedback I heard from people who did lash extensions elsewhere. Besides the amazing quality of La Belle Lash which was uniquely co-developed with a Korean company, I also credit its easy aftercare to a special lash wand gifted to me by La Belle....

This was my 1st time doing lash extensions and the experience has been bad experience ! The salon was conveniently located at Yishun North point and the beautician is Vivian was very Rude, no friendly and no gentle with my lashes. I got classic lashes done and the result was very natural!! And it just feel like very uncomfortable and Painful when I closed the eye is feel bad, so Painful with my eyelids ! If you've never done lash extensions before, no go ahead to try out with La belle skin Care VIvian. She are looks like very not experienced.
ReplyDeleteI really regretted doing my eye brow embroidery at Northpoint outlet . Both side are slightly not balance and went back for touch up and told the Manager Joanne and she repeated told me that both are correctly shaped. And I found that it was not well so done as compared to my friend who has done in another salon. Think and consider before you walk into the Northpoint outlet . Moreover, they will ask you to sign a form before procedure , somekind of contract that they will protect themselves precisely.
